Has anyone defined a Best Practice to follow when using the Symptom, Discover and Cause fields?
Is there a way to set up the Dispatch Console, in Cloud, so that it will show the persons availability and scheduled time off on the board?
Under Application Setup Guide we were able to export and import the Web Views but they only contained the Organizational Views. Is there a way to export then import the Personal Views also?
Currently when deploying tasks from a project to a service order, the service order number is the same for each - only the line number updates. Is there a way / setting that will have the application create a new different service order number for each task deployed on a project? Not just increment the line number?
When a service order is invoiced it is sending out an email message indicating “The Report Generation process has finished successfully for task xxxx”. Is there a way to turn this off? There is not a need for this email confirmation.
