Hopefully this is a quick question. I have some logic that changes the shipment inventory location on pick lists using Customer_Order_Pick_List_API.Modify_Ship_Inventory_Loc_No after they are created. It only needs the pick list # and the new location no. I’m running it with Transaction_SYS.Deferred_Call to avoid mutating tables. How do I pass those parameters?
Hello, Is there a way to prevent the user from choosing or changing the destination location while processing a transport task from an Android WADACO client? We wish to utilize the 2-step picking functionality to process shipments. The destination of the transport task is the particular door/trailer that corresponds to a shipment, as we process many shipments simultaneously. We are seeking a way to allow the user to scan the destination, and to validate it is the correct location before allowing them to proceed. I understand the field can be given an automatic value, but being able to validate the user’s choice is key. Thanks!
Hello, A purchased part we use in all of our manufacturing structures is experiencing supply constraints. However, we are able to replace it at 1:1 with a blend of two different components. I am exploring defining this blend as a blow-through sub-assembly.In a test environment, I was able to successfully create alternate structures and shop orders for the parent part with the blow-through sub assembly. I was unable to replace the component with the sub-assembly on shop orders where the parent part was using the default structure. The blow-through part is defined as an alternate part to the purchased component.I am trying to avoid creating alternate structures for each and every product that uses the component, as we anticipate the supply issue to be temporary. Is it possible to define the blow-through sub-assembly as an alternate to the original component? Thanks!
