Hi,I’ve created a crystal report, which contains a sub report. When running from the IFS Enterprise Explorer, the sub report doesn’t display any value. It’s empty. But when running the same report from Crystal developer by using the generated result key, it display data in the sub report. This issue raised from IEE only in 1 company and it correctly display sub report values for other 3 companies at the same organization. Checked the security. I’ve granted Select permission to ifsapp_all, ifsprint, ifssys, ifsinfo, fnd_webconfig, fnd_printserver on all the views which used to create the report. Could you please help me to solve this issue? Thanks,Thilani
Hi,I have got a request from a customer, who is using IFS Application 7.5 to change the attachment name when sending an automated email from the purchase order screen. Unfortunately, with APPS7.5, we don’t have report rules. Unlike in higher IFS versions. We cannot use the ‘PDF_FILE_NAME’ attribute to change the attachment name, as it gets overridden by the core logic. We are not allowed to customize/override the standard code too. But we can implement custom packages and can use custom menus etc.. to come up with a solution.Since we cannot override and change the standard code, I was trying to implement the same logic from a custom package. Inside the custom logic, it creates a new print job and set the attachment name as what’s requested and using command_sys.mail() to send the attachment. But it has failed with the below error on the Application messages.Seems that, it’s failing inside the command_sys. Could you please help me to fix this issue? Can we get this error when the pdf f
Hi,After a database cloning process, I was trying to connect to IFS10. Before getting the login dialog the error 500 is popped up as follows; Below is the error;Ifs.Fnd.FndSystemException: Unexpected error while calling server method AccessPlsql/Invoke at Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.FndConnection.InvokeInternal(Object requestBody, Object responseBody, String intface, String operation, FndRequestContext requestContext, FndManualDecisionCollection decisions, Boolean forcedSync, Boolean integrationGateway) at Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.FndConnection.InvokeInternal(String intface, String operation, Object requestBody, Object responseBody, FndRequestContext requestContext, Boolean forcedSync, Boolean integrationGateway) at Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.PLSQL.FndPLSQLCommandCollection.Invoke() at Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.PLSQL.FndPLSQLCommand.ExecuteNonQuery() at Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.PLSQL.FndPLSQLSelectCommand.ExecuteReader(String recordType, Int32 fetchsize) at Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.PLSQL.Fn
Hi,The issue comes when printing the Bold ‘5’ characters. The BOLD character '5' is coming out as a square. It’s coming when using the language Chinese. This is how the font mapping looks; I had a doubt whether this is due to the font SimHei, which is used to map with Arial. Will this be a result of not supporting font properties (Bold, Italic...) by SimHei? The version is IFS Applications 75 SP6. But the issue is, it only display squares for Bold ‘5’ character. Also the issue will come time to time and it’s automatically fixing according to the customer which is strange. Could you please help me to solve the issue? Is this something related to font mapping or font installations? Or could this type of a situation occur due to some issue in the middleware? Or is this related to cache? Thanks and Best Regards,Thilani
