How to enable the job type in create new application server task

We need to create new application server task. But the “Job type” is disabled in the "Create new Application server Task" window. Can someone please help us to activate the job type.

Report Rule using validation on NULL for Variable is not working

1. Create a Report Rule with condition Expression 1 [#Email] (variable email) equals NULL (= '')2. Print the report and ensure the email field is blank3. Report Rule says FALSEHave anyone ever come across this.

Cannot access api docs through Aurena

When trying to use API documentation through Aurena API Explorer, I come up against the error detailed in doc attached

java.lang.RuntimeException: Operation completed successfully

Getting above error with some print jobs in print manager.Job still processes and prints out of the printer which indicates no hardware issue, it originates from one printer but it kills the Print Agent service in a process bringing all printing down. But Print Agent running as console without any issues. Have anyone ever come across this
