Hello, Is there a way to pass multiple values in a given parameter in report designer (apps 10)? For example, if we add ‘supplier id’ as a parameter and the user wanted to get three suppliers (2654, 1759, 1953), is there a way to pass all three values in a single parameter that the report could then parse out to get the results? If yes, is there an out-of-the-box IFS report where I can see it working? Thanks,Tom Bowe
Hi, I feel silly asking this, but how do you ‘inactivate’ a customer record in IFS Apps 10? I don’t see any kind of “Status” field on the “Customer” screens and I just got a request from Sales to remove a (former) customer from the system! Sales no longer wants to see this customer on reports, distribution lists, in mobile or in Aurena...essentially need to lock/hide this record (can’t delete since child records exist). Thanks, Tom Bowe
Hello...is there an easy way to migrate the “Accounting Structure” hierarchy across environments? I asked the finance guys to do the setup in TEST environment and once finalized, then we can move it into PROD - but how??? This is a multi-level hierarchy so I don’t think a simple COPY/PASTE Object will do the trick. Do I need to tell them it needs to be manually duplicated into PROD? Or maybe we should just use Code Part Attributes and Attribute Connections (seems like it does the same thing anyway). Thoughts??? (It looks like the COPY feature works across companies in the same environment...so that is something!) Tom Bowe
We are deploying CRM Companion 10 to our sales reps and they would really like (i.e. want) the mobile “Business Activities” screen to display activities in reverse chronological order. They hate scrolling. The default mobile app behavior is to show ALL ACTIVITIES from oldest to newest so they first see activities from 2018 and have to scroll endlessly to see their activities from this month or last month. Can the default sort be configured for mobile? Of course, they also want some more filters like “Last Month” and “This Month” so they can quickly get to the info that they want to see easily without any thinking or effort...shamefully lazy users, lol!Much thanks, Tom Bowe
