Since RSS-feed is not working for FSM web-client, we thought about using the web-content to view a web-page.We’d like to view interal web-pages in this element.The issue seems to be that the web-client circumvents all routing and tries to fetch the content from the public web.A web-site hosted in our internal environment, and accessible from the users computer, is not accessible from the web-client running on the users computer.Checking with a public website confirms that the web-client does indeed use the public web for the web-content element.Is the web-client using a custom dns-service, or is it somehow circumventing all rules set on the users computer?This seems to be a discrepancy with the smart-client, as this fetches the web-sites from our internal environment ok.

FSM 6 u17.Webclient version 6.17.8126.18421 I’m trying to get the RSS lobby element to work in the webclient.It is working well in the smart client, but will not display anything in the web client, other than the header and the “root” of the link provided in the bottom of the element (provided in element designer eg https://www.example.com/feed/rss, shown in webclient https://www.example.com/) The “box” renders, but no information is presented in the element.We’re fetching the feed from our internal environment, and it’s properly formatted rss.Is there a known bug related to the rss-lobby element for the webclient, or is it not supported?web-client: smart client:
Hi!When using the “Additional Attributes” in FSM6, there is currently a limitation in regards to the data-type being sent to PSO.As of now it is possible to send columns from the tables which has a datatype of DateTime, but this is not sent to PSO (which does not “understand” the datatype DateTime) and datatype field is omitted when the xml towards PSO is created.Is there a way to override this, other than changing it in metadata (which also would make this an issue when viewing the field on a screen/changing it/performing logic(BR/Scripts etc))?Baseline datetime field request_dttm is sent as marked up in the image, baseline : Since there are datatypes selectable on fields in FSM, would it not be beneficial to also be able to choose the datatype to be sent to PSO when creating an Additional Attribute?At least have it default to “STRING” when parsing the xml…
On smart-client the Confirm dialogue-box default the ‘Enter’ key-press to the “Ok”, as opposed to the web-client, which defaults the ‘Enter’ key-press to the “Cancel”.Is there any way to fix this discrepancy either in the script or a configurable item?vs.
Hi!As we have a lot of users using both mobile/portal and smart client, we’d wan’t to track the usage of the different “licenses used”.F.ex a named user has the ability to both log in to the mobile, portal and smart client, but is there any way we are able to log/track usage of each of these?We’ve tried adding br’s for person_login_history to add data when the table is inserted to, but to no avail, as this seems to be inserted before the br’s are able to run.So, is there a reasonable way to differentiate between different types of login and be able to log this information?
Is it possible to show public holidays/non-working days (f.ex sundays) as a different color in the datepicker?Marked days are non-working days and public holidays, and we would like to have these in another color/greyed out/etc. to indicate to the user that the day is not selectable.This applies to all datepickers, and should follow a specific calendar.

Using the FSM web client, I’ve currently not found any way to trigger a script when the request is loaded. (After clicking on it when searching for a request). We have different tabs which we need to be hidden/shown if the request contains specific information, previously we’ve done this using the “Custom Code” on the field which has the Initial focus set, but this is not possible to use on the web client.
Quite new to this, but encountered an issue left over by our developers on a business rule: The business rule should update all related task_contacts with the information on request_contact when the request_contact is updated. What we see is that only the first result from the hierarchy_select_result is being updated. How can this business rule be improved to actually update all task_contacts on all related tasks? We have a set of businessrules which determine what type of time_commit to add to a task.When the time_commit is added, the commit time is calculated based on a user_def field, which subtracts the field from the set task duration.As per the documentation, the commit_dttm field can be changed, as we are trying to do via a businessrule.Our issue is that the time_commit is automatically expiring on the original commit_dttm, and not the new commit_dttm.The update on the task time commit is showing the new commit_dttm as expected.XML used to update the time commit:<time_commit> <tc_id>@tc_id</tc_id> <commit_dttm>@expression[request_ext.required_end_date-Minutes(task.plan_task_dur_min)]</commit_dttm> <update /></time_commit> I’ve found some messages in the log indicating that SME is running expire on the time_commit, long before it should expire:Timestamp: 2020-09-25T12:48:07.1243093+02:00Message: SME SendNewMessageInbound msg.Id=6a4ded03-94
