We are IFS hosted.In IFS Apps 9 UPD 1, on the Solution Manager -> Security -> Users -> Active Directory User Integration screen, there is a Primary LDAP Server listed.We need to change this server. I know when we updated the password for the service account listed on this screen, we lost IFS access and IFS (who hosts our system) had to stop/restart some services for IFS to work again.Do we need to coordinate with IFS to change the LDAP server name? Or are we able to do that with no other impacts?
We migrated in some customer orders / customer order lines.The lines that are supply code DOP (Release DOP), didn’t create Shop Orders at customer order release.If we go in manually and duplicate the lines, then they create Shop Orders.The only thing we can find wrong with the original lines is that Self Billing wasn’t set (it was NULL).We went in and set them to NOT SELF BILLING.But now we have hundreds of customer orders / lines that are set to Release DOP but don’t have DOP headers.Any idea how to trigger the DOP creation? If I manually create a DOP Header, I can’t link it (I think because the customer order line is Release DOP).Or any idea of what else could be wrong?
What date range is used for the DSO calculation in Customer Credit Management? This feature seems useful to us but we need to know the basis for the number. We did find the formula in the help file, but it doesn’t specify any date range.
