Environment: Preview Environments Portal Test plan: Log into IFS 10 Enterprise Explorer Create a lobby element and add it to an existing lobby. Verify that it is working as expected in the EE. Now go to Aurena and try to open that lobby. I am getting the below error. Does anyone know why I am getting this error. Any help is much appreciated. Hello: We are currently on IFS App 9 version. Recently we installed TAS for App 9 and started using the IFS Time Tracker 9. Our field technicians were able to download the Time Tracker 9 app in their respective iOS devices and start reporting time. We have one field technician who uses an android device and he downloaded the app from:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ifsworld.timetracker9.android&hl=en&gl=USBut when he tries to log in he gets the following error: Does anyone know how to fix this error?
Hello IFS Community: As you can see in the below print screen, we have enabled Time Tracker 2.1.9. But the strange thing is, when we click the Configure link, the page that gets loaded is empty. Is that normal? Is there an explanation to it? Side note - Our field technicians are using the IFS Time Tracker 9 iOS version without any problem and the data transfer is happening without any issues between IFS and mobile devices.

Hello community: We are currently on IFS Apps 9.We recently installed TAS 1.15.1.672 and rolled out IFS Time Tracker 9 2.1.9 iOS app for our field technicians.Currently we are getting ready for IFS 10 upgrade. It looks like there is a Time Tracker 10 iOS version for IFS 10.Once we complete the transition, would the Time Tracker 10 iOS work without any issue with IFS 10? Do we have to get a new TAS or can we continue to use the existing TAS?
It looks like the Time Tracker 2.1 app has 24 entities. And when the sync job Mobile_Sync_Sys.Send_Batch_Data__ gets executed every 15 minutes, it syncs all entities for all the users. We do not use entities such as Work Order and Projects Time reporting. Is there a way to exclude certain entities from the batch sync job? We are under the impression that excluding the entities that we are not using can speed up the sync job for users.
Hello: I have 2 questions about IFS Time Tracker 9 app. Some background of our IFS environment and TAS. We are currently on IFS Apps 9. We are using the TAS version: IFS Touch Apps Server 1.15.1.672 Time Tracker 9 app version: 2.1 1. What is the time out for this app (in minutes)? and Where can we configure this? How do I disable Allow Multiple Devices? In Solution Man/ Touch Apps/ Admiration/ Applications - "Allow Multiple Devices" checkbox is enabled for this app. We would like to disable this. Currently for Time Tracker/ App version 2.1, the Mobile Error handling is set to Client. What is the significance in this and what does it do? How do we change this value?
