In my client with IFS8, we tried to put the same csv file for 2 times.Even though, it’s completely same csv file we didn’t edit anything at all at that time,we had error and success. First try was Failed in Application Message with Illegal ExceptionSecond time was success to import csv file to run. Is there anyone who had same situation in IFS Connect Inbound before ?
My client is using IFS7.5 and facing the issues which previous supplier schedule header can be removed automatically.Today is January, 10th, 2024 but I can not see previous Supplier Schedule Header which were created order than October, 11, 2023 depends on Part No.They are not using Plan to keep and Call Off to keep parameters and also I don’t see any clean up schedule tasks in IFS.Is there anyone who has like this issue before?
Our client which establish IFS Cloud expects us to use RESTAPI which has BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] functionality.Is there anyone who know how to convert from BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] to RESTAPI in IFS Cloud ? Previously, client was using Soap Gateway to import XML file which has BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] information by sending from external system.
