In my client with IFS8, we tried to put the same csv file for 2 times.

Even though, it’s completely same csv file we didn’t edit anything at all at that time,

we had error and success.

 

First try was Failed in Application Message with Illegal Exception

Second time was success to import csv file to run.

 

Is there anyone who had same situation in IFS Connect Inbound before ?

In connect_server.log I saw these messages.

 

FileReaderAgent.maxRetriesAchieved(): File access error. Application can't read or modify the file, but will try again ({xxxxx.csvvm:2024-02-21 08:16:09,679,s:311]})

FileReaderAgent.doDeleteFile(): Could not delete file 'xxxxx.csv' but will try again...
