When a new delivery has been made, the customer must ensure the rebasing is done in the Page Configurations. This process seems very fragile, where a wrong step can cause the delivery to fail and not be applied in the applicable place in the system. The answer from IFS when this happens is that the delivery must be redone. Is there a plan to strengthen the system framework to allow for roll back to be able to redo the rebasing when needed?Or to have some warning to let the customer know that the rebasing is being done incorrectly? It seems kind of fragile that one mistake can wreck a delivery that could have been months in the planning,Br Hans
The IAM Client (IFS_xxx) that is set up for a 3rd party app provider seems to have an issue when "to many" users are using the 3rd party solution simultaneously. Is there a limitation to the number of Client Sessions for the IAM Client?IFS Product Version: 22.2.7Business Impact: End users that are using the 3rd party app are being kicked out and must re log in to the 3rd party app,Br Hans
Some end users are getting Error 400 and Error 502 when opening an additional tab with IFS Cloud in both Edge and Chrome. This is now happening to more users. They have cleared browser history/cache to no avail. Is there anyone that has had similar issues like this in Cloud?Br hans
In App9, IFS could defint the “Default Order By” to ensure the data was presented in the optimal way for the end user.Is this also possible in Cloud?Br Hans
As we are a global company, we have a limited amount of concurrent users that can be using Cloud simultaneously, as all the users will not be using the system at the same time.Does “concurrent user” mean per user session that the user has initiated at the same time, e.g., opening Cloud in multiple tabs or is it per user ID, regardless of using Cloud in multiple tabs?Regards Hans
We are moving from App9 to IFS Cloud and have some concerns with controlling the access:How can we monitor the user log in sessions and the device used? How can we monitor the user location when logging in? Is it possible to see the CPU use per user, e.g. someone downloading or uploading large amounts of data? How can we ensure the same user ID is only logged on via 1 device/IP, restricting the use of the same user ID on multiple devices at the same time (or from different IP’s at the same time)?Regards Hans
We are moving to Cloud and are asked to share the IFSADMIN credentials with IFS and others. What are the general precautions and guidelines for sharing this? Are there other admin accounts that could be shared instead?
