Hi all,Currently we have some employee’s who are assigned to many resource groups. And when creating and maintaining their accounts, we have to individually assign then to each resource group one at a time.Our previous system (Apps 9) allowed us to enter many resource groups per employee easily, but in cloud it seems as through we have to go to each resource group and assign it to the employee, instead of the other way around. Ex. Screenshot 1 this EE has many resource groups, and the way they assigned them was to go one by one to the resource details screen (second screenshot) and add the employee there. Is there any way to easily add many resource groups to an employee?Thanks!
Hi all,Our time registration calendar is showing two 11/5 dates and no 11/11 date for the Saturday. The weeks after this are correct.We use the generated calendar. Does anyone know how we can correct this or where these values would be stored? ThanksWe are on IFS Cloud 22R1.8. We have our TEST environment in 22R2.8, and did not see this error there, so I believe it to be version specific.
When we put users on Leave, sometimes they still need to be paid; however IFS Cloud locks them out of the “Time Registration” screen, making it impossible to actually add hours/pay employee’s on leave. We tried creating a new “Active” status called “Leave with Pay” however that status still locks the employee out of the time registration screen.We use the non active status to determine a lot of other things, so we cannot just leave them as “Active”. Any help would be appreciated!
Hi all, Currently using IFS Cloud, to onboard a new employee our IT department must navigate to upwards of a dozen separate screens. (Setup Permissions, add them as a salesperson, add document management, etc).Previously in Apps 9 there was a single screen that handled all of this, that had dropdowns for each of the categories. Unfortunately I do not have a screenshot, but it was under the User creation screen. In Cloud, all of these screens are separated and there is no 1 view of the user account as a whole. Is there any view similar to the one in apps 9? Or would this have to be built out as a customization? Thanks,Matt
Hi all, Many of our users are complaining that the search fields are disappearing when re-loading the pages in IFS Cloud. We have already tried having them save & properly log out and log back in, but the search fields keep reverting back to the default ones and not the user selected ones.Is there a way to force the fields to save other then that? We are not looking to customize those search fields for all users, just having the user defined ones save. It’s odd because sometimes they “stick” and other times they revert back.
