Would like to sync our technician’s calendars between IFS Cloud and Exchange/Outlook so that internal meetings on technicians Outlook calendars don’t get scheduled over. Want to be able to see an Outlook meeting in IFS Cloud. The CRM calendar sync doesn’t bring calendar items to the right calendar, and it requires a manual step to start the calendar item sync. Does this functionality exist? Anyone write something custom? Running IFS Cloud 23.1.5Thanks,Paul
Hello, Wondering if anyone can help me with the configuration of a mail sender to use modern authentication with M365 Exchange. I have been working with our IT vendor, but they are looking for some additional documentation. My implementation partner was unsure, so I reached out to support, they told me to request a consultancy service. The consultancy group forwarded the ticket to my implementation partner. Glad I pay for "Platinum Support" #momentofservice. So, I am left asking the community for documentation of the product.
