Have you come across "Sorry, there was an unexpected server error" ?

Have you come across this error?Sorry, there was an unexpected server error Have you come across above generic error? If so how have your resolved it or is it still occurring intermittently? Let us know in the comments 😊 Note: This is a generic error message to which the cause could be in different product areas for which you need to analyze with further details. But here we want to understand how many of you faced it, resolved it or still undergoing with this error popup message. Related error messages: Database error occurred. Contact administrator. Should shared folders IN and OUT be on a Linux server or what we need to do to access from IFS Connect?

As I noted following is true with IFS Cloud.File Connector – File connector runs inside of the connect container hence it is not possible for the user to place the files inside the folder in the container. IN and OUT folder shared location and path should be provided in the settings along with a username and a password for accessing this location. This is necessary as you are accessing a shared location. File connector will work only with the on-premise customers. This won’t work with the cloud customers.  Based on above;Should shared folders IN and OUT must be on the Linux server ? If the folders can be also somewhere on an Windows Server, what must be done to access them from IFS Connect ?There is a customer with a on premise installation who puts a windows path, with user and password, but File Reader cannot access it.Thanks & Best Regards,Yasas
