Hello Community,On Posting Proposal page, in the authorizer summary, there is no table view option available at least in 23R1. I have checked a couple of environments now. There are hidden columns on the summary that I would like to add there, but as I’m not able to change this into table view, I am unable to see all the fields.Does anyone know if I could turn the table view on from somewhere, for example from page designer, or if this is a some kind of bug?
Hi Community,My customer is facing a problem when loading in external file. They are trying to read in a text file with file type .dav but the system gives ‘’restricted file type’’ -error. However, the workaround they have been using is to just rewrite the file type form .dav → -csv after which the system allows the file.Does anyone have any idea why doesn’t the external file template allow the file type .dav?In the input file load file type we have allowed all file types. Also, it was tested to only allow .dav files but neither works for this.
Hello community, I have occurred a problem with Fixed assets base value after I have made an extension to my lease accounting contract. The situation is:When I have done the initial recognition posting the base value is automatically registered for the FA object After that I have done depreciations for the full amount and during the last contract month I’ve decided to extend the lease contract However, after I have entered the extension information for the LA contract and done the recognition posting, I do not get a register for the FA object base value. Currently, only adjusted acquisition value gets updated, but as the base value doesn’t update, the object shows that it has been fully depreciated. How do I get the base value updated as well? Please see the attachments for more information regarding the setup I use.
I have watched the IFS Business planning videos in academy and when trying to execute the planning rule for AR balances I get an error ‘’ The currency code GBP is not valid in the currency rate type 1 in company...’’I have checked that the GBP currency is valid in the currency type 1, and I have also updated the currency rates. Also, the same currency rates and type 1 is used for the business plan that I’m using. See attachments for more info.
