Hi! So let me explain my problem. I want to be able to register a gender on person. Normally I would do this by configuring a Entity field on the PersonInfo view. However, in IFS Cloud this view is blocked for custom entities so I've thought the following work around:I've made a complete new Custom Entity called CPersonGender with 2 fields Person_ID - Persistent - String(100) Gender - Persistent - Enumeration I created a custom projection on Personhandling and linked this Entity to the Person Added the Entity on the page as a group Once I configure the binding however, the drop down list for Gender is unusable since no record is linked to the person_ID yet. How can I make the group Create a record if no record is present yet?
When I press the print button on any object I get the print dialogue and it has the user email.Is there a way to disable having the user email here?I have found a system parameter but it does not seem to do anything.
Currently we are extensively using the workflow engine and are running into all types of issues.The latest one is that all used projections HAVE to be granted to the user that will trigger the workflow. If the user does not have enough acces, an error is given “Insufficient Privileges” causing the transaction to abort,In the past (using SQL) we did not have this problem since this would run under the IFSAPP user.Does anyone else have this issue? We're already in discussion with IFS R&D, but the only thing that came out of that is that they will put it on the limitation list for now and it might be fixed in the future.
Does anyone have documentation of this functionality in terms of what data it copies from the customer template? I’ve looked on the IFS documentation website but I can't seem to find the details on it.
The data schema does not completely suit my needs, so I was wondering if there is a way to apply a xslt on the data so I can shape it the way I'd like to. I know there are ways to apply a xslt to create a XML/text output, but I'd like to still have the pdf output, just with the amended dataset.
Is there a setting to automatically allocate a addres ID when creating a new address at customers/suppliers in Aurena?We now have to define it manually (which seems ok during the configuration), but once we are live this seems pointless to manually have to set a address ID.
