Advance supplier invoice payments do not get automatically fetched to the Supplier Payment Proposals window. (RMB and Create Supplier Proposal in Supplier Payment Proposals window) Can we know whether this functionality would be available/considered in future developments of the IFS application? Note: Advance supplier invoice payments can be added to the supplier payment proposal manually from LOV.
Issue:‘Parent Organization Code’ does not change, after moving the organization units between other organization units. Steps:Go to Graphical Organization Structure window. Then you can move the organizational units between other organizational units (you can drag and drop the organizational units). Before doing it, please notice that ‘Parent Organization Code’ of ‘SUB LEVEL 02’ is ‘LEVEL 01’.Then move (Drag and Drop) ‘SUB LEVEL 02’ organization unit to ‘LEVEL 02’. But ‘Parent Organization Code’ does not change to ‘LEVEL 02’.
If there are more than 3-digit numbers in the supplier invoice, the 'Invoices To Authorize' window shows all the digits together and it does not give a user-friendly view. It is hard to read the number by looking at the number. Steps:1. Go to the 'Invoices To Authorize' window.2. Search for invoices with more than a 3-digit value. 3. You will notice the formatting error of the amount. The amount is more likely in the text format, not the number format. e.g. Current view: 28156711.25 Correct view: 28,156,711.25
Issue: Currency code change will not reflect in F voucher. Prerequisites:Accounting currency: GBP Parallel currency: NOK Test steps:Create instant invoice from NOK currency. Save the header of instant invoice. Change the currency code to USD. Save the header of instant invoice. Add a invoice line and save. Print the invoice. Observe the F voucher. You can see that currency amount and parallel currency amount have different amount.
