IFS print agent is not installed by IFS managed cloud. Can a 3rd party solution provider host the printing agent servers outside of customer network? And are there any prerequisites such as networking/whitelisting concerns?
Does manage cloud install, support and host CBS (or now APB) and Demand planner within their own environments? or even if it is, can a 3rd party solution provider host these in their own servers outside of customer network? Also, if a 3rd party can host these servers, are there any networking/whitelisting pre-requisites that needs to be prepared?
When hosting IFS cloud in IFS managed services, is there a site-to-site VPN established with Client and IFS managed Cloud?
Hi,In APPS9 & APPS10, we could change the timeout parameters when configuring the application.(relevant screenshot is attached) But In the IFS cloud, how can we change these parameters? F1 documentation is not clear.
I found this article in the technical documentationhttps://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r2/070_remote_deploy/010_installing_fresh_system/010_planning_installation/007_middle_tier/010_overview/#instancesWhich is saying"The architecture allows one or many IFS Cloud installations to be deployed in the same Kubernetes cluster using a shared ingress proxy that routes the traffic to the correct namespace." But there is no detailed description on how to share an ingress proxy to route the traffic to the correct namespace. We would appreciate you sharing more information on this with us. Thank you,Geethanga.
