Hi everyone,Our customer is working on IFS Cloud 22R1.They set up data under "Supplier for Purchase Part" screen. They set purchased part price together with charge price such as logistic costs under Charges Tab. Supplier Invoice is set as "Self-Billing"under this supplier master data to create supplier invoice automatically. When user creates purchase order for this supplier and specifies this purchase part, the system creates an invoice automatically with the price of purchase part but charge amount is not reflected into the invoice as another line.They expects to create a supplier invoice automatically which includes both purchase part price and charge price by separate line in the invoice based on the setting of supplier for purchase part. Is there any way to manage their requirement?Thanks in advance,
<Business Scenario>In case rental user (end user who rental a machine) would like to end the contract in the mid of certain month our customer (IFS user) would like to calculate the amount for the last month of bills by daily basis.If the amount is greater than “Monthly Max Payment Amount” then our customer will charge “Monthly Max Payment amount to rental customer for the month. <Functionality Gap >Currently rental price is calculated based on price and chargeable days.There is no “Monthly Max Payment” field to be used for this scenario. <Expectation>Our customer would like to have “Monthly” option for rental duration. In addition, they would like to have a concept of “Monthly Max Payment Amount” to be used for the scenario where customer stops to rental in the id of certain month. <Example Scenario>Rental Type: MonthlyRental period: Apr 1 - Apr 30 Monthly Max Price : 150,000 JPYDaily Basis Price : 10,000 JPY12 Days : 10,000 * 12 = 120,000 JPY20 Days : 10,000 *
Hi experts,I am currently working on project management module and our customer would like to know other use cases which are similar to them.<Their scenario>They are manufacturing company and they would like to use project module for their product developments such as sample products, research purpose products. Currently they are using SAP project module for this purpose and they would like to change into IFS project management module.They define the structure of project/sub-project/activities based on their requirement. They face the issue of managing activities because of the assumed number of required activities. They feel it is not realistic to ask user to use these activities without having any functionalities to automate their operations. <Ask>They looked into the functionality such as copying activity/sub-project/project but it is not enough to decrease their operational efforts.We appriciate if everyone can share usecases/idea (ideally based on real customer scenari
<Business Scenario>The machine for rental is purchased from supplier through Purchase Order and it is directly delivered to customer site.<Functionality Gap>There is no supply code to cover the scenario. Customer Order covers “Purch Order Dir” in the sales line but this option is not in “RENTAL LINES”.<Expectation>Add Supply Code to cover this business scenario.<Relevant functionalities>Customer Order, Direct Delivery、Return Material Authorization etc.
