Hi, At the Company setup, there are two options that I can select, Advance Invoice or Prepayment Based Invoice, does that mean that if I select Prepayment Based Invoice then I cannot create advance invoice? Customer would like to use both solutions. Thank you. Best regardsRutuja

At the cost bucket, the Inventory value gets distributed in Labour, Overhead and Direct Materials, but at Project Monitoring the cost split between cost elements - Labour, Overhead and Material is also to be displayed.How should the cost elements be mapped to display those elements in Project Monitoring? Hello,I would like some guidance with Mixed Payments. Customer needs to upload Customer Payments through External Payments via csv, so I have created a new File Type. But when I upload the file, it ends in Parked Payment and does not match with the invoice. I am probably missing something or doing something wrong. Any guidance will be very helpful. Hi,I have a customer invoice created from customer order, I would like to add prepostings on the Customer Invoice for IP2 when the invoice is in Preliminary. I have added posting controls with prepostings but I still do not get the option to add on customer Invoice-Preposting. How can I enable the option? Appreciate your guidance on issue. Thanks a lot!
Hi, I would like to know why do we have a code part function ‘Internal’ when a page to include/exlcude IL code part already exists, what is the purpose of Code Part Function - Internal? and what is the difference between ‘Code Part Function - Internal’ and ‘Internal Code Parts’? If I mark the Code Part Function as Internal, then will this code part not be used in GL? And what is the Code Part Function - Internal Elimination used for? Thanks for your inputs. I am trying to search amounts as per the parameters in this image When I click on Voucher Information, it opens a new window, but the window does not have any data (reference below image) However, when I try to search the same parameters in GL voucher row analysis, it has GL rows Is there a reason, the earlier window shows empty window? Hi,I am trying to create a new company which will be the master company for consolidation. It it not allowing me to enable accounts for Currency Balance, the option is disabled. The customer would like to use Currency Revaluation, as per my understanding Accounts should be enabled for Currency balance to use currency revaluation. Hi, Customer has a requirement and wondering if there is a way to help them with.Invoices are issued from work order tasks today, both hours and other cost.But if the work order task is connected to a project in project management, and the project also have costs and hours registered directly at the project activity, is there a way to issue an invoice that includes both hours and cost from project and hours and cost posted at the work order task.Their “workaround” today is to issue a customer order from the work order task, and an instant invoice for the cost posted on the project.Is there functionality within IFS that can help to issue only one invoice, instead of two, which includes both project and work tasks ? Hi, I have enabled ‘affect line postings’ on External Supplier Invoice on IFS Cloud, I am adding prepostings on Cost Cent, Project and Project Activity Sequence. When the invoice is created, in the posting proposals all the prepostings are getting copied except Project Activity Sequence. Is there some setup that I am missing? Thank you very much!RegardsRutuja

Hi, In one company can we have a set up that on some customers the tax code is fetched as per address and on some customers the tax code is fetched from Customer card’s invoice tab? Customer would like to have this flexibility as they could have several delivery addresses on one customer but same tax code on all those address, so they are looking for less data maintenance.Br,Rutuja
