Node Manager not starting on 2nd cluster node

Hi @sahilgupta, Please check the JavaHome parameter set in nodemanager.properties file located in “\\<IFS_HOME>\wls_domain\<InstanceID>\nodemanager” directory. It’s value should point to the “\\<IFS_HOME>\mw_home\java” directory. Please check whether the JDK is present in this directory as well. If the Java Home is present and correctly set, add it to the JAVA_HOME environment variable as well on the Application Server Host machine. Hope this helps! Hi Charith,Thanks. Manager Services lobby giving error

Hi All,This issue is resolved. Issue was due to elements for disabled components in Standard Lobby. So for lobby to work I have to remove the data elements from Standard Lobby Page for the components which were disabled in solutionset file.Regards,Sahil Gupta

IFS pods stuck in ImagePullBackOff Status

Even if i restart the machine or reinstall middle-tier using installer.cmd then also issue is only coming for these 4 pods only. It seems to be some issue with the repository itself.Not sure if someone can help me in checking the repository.

How to change Environment name in Welcome Screen in IFS Cloud

Actually I didn’t wanted to use appearance designer as it will not change the environment information coming in browser. I wanted to know from where this information is coming and how to change it. From what I understood earlier changing it in solutionset.yaml file changed it for me but now its only changing on landing page and login page2, but after login it changes back to what it was. Hi @Ruchira ,Yes I check the cjq processes and wasn’t able to find any issue with the same.But the issue was resolved today morning after applying the delivery. I think the reason is because delivery stops the scheduler and background processes in the beginning and then starts them in the end so something which was not running got triggered because of the delivery deployment.Thanks for your suggestions and time.Regards,Sahil Gupta

Hi @Sajith D,Yes I check the alert log file and there was nothing alarming or error in alert log file.But the issue was resolved today morning after applying the delivery. Hi @sahilgupta, Is the DB running Oracle 12.2? Probably a long shot but in a specific version in 12.2, i’ve come across a but that messed with the scheduler jobs. i would have expected this to happen in the other environments as well, but no harm in checking. This was caused by a bundle patch. As part of Bug 26962111, new views were created for the scheduler and the script to create the views is not being called when applying either of the Windows Bundle Patches identified. The views that are to be created are sys.scheduler$_job_refresh sys.scheduler$_lwjob_refresh sys.scheduler$_window_refresh Prior to running the catschv.sql script a describe command will fail on the above 3 objects as the objects do not exist Running the script, catschv.sql manually as the SYS user creates the necessary views to restore scheduler functionality. Manually run the script by doing the following: Change directory to the ORACLE_HOME\rdbms\admin directory on your host machine Connect to the database as

Hi @sahilgupta, Would you try the following steps. If just doing the below steps does not resolve the issue, restart the database after the changes. 1. Check no of job queue processes in the database Show parameter job; 2. Alter job queue processes to 0 Alter system set job_queue_processes=0; 3. Stop database processes EXEC Install_Tem_SYS.Disable_Scheduler_Processes; 4. Alter job queue processes to it’s original value Alter system set job_queue_processes=XX; 5. Start database processes EXEC Install_Tem_SYS.Enable_Scheduler_Processes; Thanks, Jagath Hi Jagath,Thanks, tried the given steps but still the same issue.The issue seems to be with Database processes for batch queues. Hi @sahilgupta , I think you have checked all the requirements except for the database processes checking. Check if they are scheduled correctly Hi Ruchira,Thanks for the reply. Database Process are also in SCHEDULED STATUS. But Next Date is not changing so it means they are not getting executed automatically.

Apps10 installer giving error at Attaching Home

Hi Sahil, This issue can occur due to a problem in the certificate that you are trying to configure with the IFS Application. Try to install the application with a self-sign certificate to ensure that build/delivery is ok. If the installation is successful, then you will be able to set up your certificate via a reconfiguration. Best regards, Savinda Hi Savinda, Thanks for the reply. Issue was due to using # in ifs user password for Admin Server while doing the installation.Installer was waiting for long time when trying to encrypt the password in user.properties file in Admin Server for ifs user when using # in password and then giving error.This is strange though because its nowhere mentioned in the document and also I am able to use # afterwards if I use change_mws_password.cmd file. User getting error in Aurena when opening Lobby page even when it is granted to user
