Hi MartinF, we have barcode scanning built into the FSM mobile app to scan a barcode using the iPhone camara which populates a data field on the screen to return the code value. Is this what you are looking to do? If so, we can likely point you to the technical resource that did the configuration for us.
Thank you for the responses.We are continuing to investigate this but the user did check the Chrome browser settings and at the very least it is reporting as being ‘up to date’ and is the same as other users who are not experiencing this issue…They then logged into the web client using the Edge browser and the issue was no longer occuring. The user tried using a new chrome incognito window and then cleared cache and neither of these resolved the issue. Any other thoughts would be appreciated.Thank you,Richard
