Hi Marchelle, Error is exactly due to the open clocking you have entered. there is an open clocking @7:05, hence you cannot proceed authorizing. Please do check all the clocking before authorizing the day. Best regards, Elmie

Hi Kicki, Nice to see you here :) There was a correction from RnD where you don’t need the start character to be filled in for Employee Card Parameters. So you can configure the parameters to have the start character as null and then proceed. For your further reference: Bug: 144082 Hope this information helps :) Best regards, Elmie
In Browser settings, go to Advanced> LanguagesThen select the Language you wanted to apply. from that your date and time formats will get affected to the Aurena client. Now you can see the 24 hour time.
