Several customers that are on newer versions of IFS Applications are using the ISO20022 payment format. For App7.5 IFS don’t recommend implementing it since it’s very time consuming and will be very expensive for the customer. For customers that still are on App7.5 we recommend upgrading or to use Pagero (or similar) to convert existing Payment formats to the ISO20022 format. The ISO20022 is included in App9 and App10.
The solution for the Norwegian SAF-T report is ready in IFS App9 Update 15 and IFS App10 Update 5. If you need help with the setup you will need to register a service case as there is no setup guide published for customer use.
Hi Christina, There is some information in the IFS Applications Online Documentation that can be helpful. (Press F1 in the window you need help with in the Application) Kind Regards, Margareta
Hi, Sorry, I am not into the details for Poland. You don’t have to setup the SAF-T for Norway before the year end. The SAF-T is just a report that fetches data that exists in the system.
Hi, You need to setup basic data in ”Financials\Cash Book\External Interface\External Payment Parameters” for the specific payment Method. For BGMAX you will need to have data in the tab ”Definition of Identifiers” You can have several different identifiers here and a tip is to start the ”Identifier ID” at 100 (then you can insert more before if needed) For instance, you can have the invoice series for Instant Invoice (II) that you want to match on and/or the invoice series for Customer Order invoice etc. The Identifier with the longest number should always be the first one. Kind Regards, Margareta
Hi Pamith, Yes, you can match on the payment reference as well. But it has to be entered in the “External payment parameters” basic data as well as an Identifier to match on. Kind Regards, Margareta
Hi, It’s a bit difficult to see on the screen shots but have you checked the checkbox for “Used in Company” in “Payment Formats per Company” for the specific “Payment Format” in the correct company? That should make it show up in “Payment Methods”. Kind Regards, Margareta
