Yes :) what you've explained is indeed one way to assign a template to employees. However, there are other options available as well.1. Assign a template through "Onboarding Program Template Details" page (Not specific for Assignments) 2. Onboarding Program Details page – "Create New Onboarding Program" button (Direct program creation without using templates - Not specific for Assignments)3. New Employment Assistant4. Single Employment Assistant5. Group Employment Assistant6. Onboarding Program Assignments PageRegardless of the approach you choose, the end result is creating a program for the employee. However, according to the functionality, the program will be saved per employee, not per assignment. So, it's not possible to display it alongside assignment details for an overview.

According to the current logic, its not possible.
Counselor ID = Login user’s all supervisors in the particular company / Supervisor Type: Employee (Employee Access Info). In Employee Development program, you have your Development Program and your subordinates’ development programs. So as the login user you will see you and YOUR supervisors in the LOV (not all the supervisors of your subordinates). But if your subordinate logs in, he/she should be able to see all his/her supervisors. In your scenario, if you login as Donna or Matt, you should be able to view Matt in the list.
