EiDAS recognizes three types of e-signatures. Electronic signatures eIDAS sets a foundation for all electronic signatures by asserting that no signature can be denied legal admissibility solely because it's in electronic form. This requirement can be met with typical e-signatures. Advanced Electronic Signatures (AdES) With AdES, signatures must be uniquely linked to and capable of identifying, the signer. Signers create their signature using data solely under their control and the final document is tamper-evident. This requirement can be met with digital signatures. Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) QES is a strict form of AdES and the only signature type given the same legal value as handwritten signatures. It requires signers to use certificate-based digital ID issued by a qualified EU Trust Service Provider (TSP), along with a qualified signature creation device (QSCD), such as a smart card, USB token or mobile app that creates a one-time passcode. I think keyrefs use ‘=’ and ‘^’ as separators.Try adding a (hat) ^ at the end of your keyref. Like so:QUOTATION_NO=[@ORDER_QUOTATION_REP/QUOTATION_NO]^
Yes a self-signed certificate will never be trusted by Adobe Reader until it has been manually added to the local trust store. Self-signed certificates are only recommended for testing/demo/internal use. Once you go live and start sending these document to the “outside world” you should replace the certificate in the keystore with one that is issued by a trusted CA and has a chain to a Root CA. Then it will by default be trusted. This is something you will have to pay for. I found a link that explains the trust chain of certificates. https://knowledge.digicert.com/solution/SO16297.html
I recommend that you use Zebra Designer Pro to design your label. Simply add a GS1 barcode with the tool. This will give you the necessary ZPL when printing to a file. Then use the Script Plug-in. Copy your ZPL into a new RPL that you copy from the documentation example and add some variables/placeholders for your report data. No need for a special GS1 font.
