Hello,This one is solved, and for anyone else that has similar issue, please add the permission set FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN to the permission set that all users have, and the “Recently visited pages” will start to work for everyone,Br
Hi all, I tested this scenario in the latest IFS Cloud version of 22.2.14 and this issue cannot be seen. Hello Ashen,We are on 22R2 SU7 and have close to 800 users and it is only some of them that are experiencing this issue. For the rest, it is working just as it should. If it was all at once, we could understand it, but this seems to appear rather random,
IFS Cloud - Version 22.1.6 - When I click on "Recently Visited Pages" option, We could see blank page not the pages that we have visited. We have a few users this is happening for as well.Cloud version is 22R2 SU7.It is the same in both Edge and Chrome for these users.Anyone found the source of the issue?Br Hans
The concern is that the number of open tabs will affect the defined limit we have for concurrent users. But if it is like 1 user = 1 concurrent user, regardless of number of devices used or amount of tabs open at the same time, then there should be no issue. In the License Metrics, I can see the number of licenses we have, but the number of concurrent users are not specified there,BR Hans
It is an user session regardless of the tabs opened. Thank you for the quick reply Srikanth.Follow up question: If the same user then logs on via a different device while still being logged on via e.g. the laptop, will that count as a new session and the user will now “take up” 2 sessions?
Hello @Himasha Abeywickrama,Is there any update on this feature? We’re in the process of setting up IFS Cloud and are relly missing “Broadcast Message” to ensure everyone sees the same important info messages in the system,Regards Hans
