Could you please check and let know if we are missing anything.Create case access group with restriction ‘Customer’.Following users are connected to customer.Create case with case type ‘Customer’ using account ‘ANUKKUMA’ If we log from ‘TEST2’ user account, I’m unable to view the previously created case ID by ‘ANUKKUMA’ Many Thanks,Anuki
