Morning Anmise!I understand it downloads the files the first time user opens a screen and we have been telling the users to delete 2.0 folder as a work around for the issue and it causes temporary performance issue for the user Not overall system performance. But it is happening for many users all of a sudden and that’s why I was checking to see if anyone else is experiencing similar issue and there is a better resolution than having to delete the cached files.Thank you!
Hi William,Thanks for confirming that it started happening for you guys after recent Microsoft Update. We did not see this issue before also. Happening Randomly. Please keep me posted if you figure out how to resolve this. Thank you!!!
Hi,Thanks for responding anmise..Will this command remove everything under C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Apps - 2.0 folder? If yes, we can’t do that as IFS will download files for every screen that user opens since previous previously cached files will get wiped out causing performance issues. This started recently and was not happening previously!
