Hi, FSM is managed in IFS cloud. We have done no changes but we have some the assumptions it occured since update to Version 23. We also tried different browsers Edge, Chrome and Firefox but we see on all brwoser the same effect. Start working after 1,5 hour the writing is extrem slowly. You write and after 10-15 seconds the entry appears in the fsm screen. After closing and opening the browser we have the same effect.
Hi Samlk,we have checked the app param. The param is disabled. We have the problem in all areas of FSM in the PROD system. But the problem comes and goes. It is not consistent. :-( markus
Dear Product Team, I am writing to present an area of our FSM and PSO systems that requires your attention and expertise. Currently, the FSM and PSO systems are equipped to synchronise calendar exceptions between both systems. These exceptions are manually set up for individual technicians in either of the two systems, which then automatically get reflected in the other. While this process works fine for small-scale exceptions, when it comes to larger volumes or longer durations, the process becomes tedious. The import functionality offers a potential solution for this issue; however, it comes with the drawback of requiring any changes to be manually updated, a process that can be very time-consuming. The PSO system offers an advantage in the form of recurring calendar exceptions. This feature enables users to set up a single exception that can recur weekly for an extended period. Any adjustments to these exceptions can be made with ease. However, this process requires some fine-tuning
We are using the “old” FSM. Why do we cancel the task. It can happen that our technician go to the customer site for installation or warranty and if we arrive the location for installation we find out it is not ready perpared for installation by the customer. In this case the technician have spend driving time and set up time. If we cancel now, the task we completly disappear from PSO Gantt. We looking for a solution to abort this task and the already spent time for this task will still shown in the PSO Gantt.This helps the dispatcher to keep the overview over the daily task from the technician and the current state. regardsMarkus Kühnl
The cancellation is carried out in the mobile. After this the Task is no longer visiable in PSO although the task has already been worked on. This creates confusion for the dispatcher. regardsMarkus
Hello, we like to scan the Data Matrix 2D barcode with the FSM mobile App to assign the barcode to our individual customers. Is it possible to scan with the FSM mobile app, if yes which additional software is required? Is the scan of Data Matrix 2D barcode supported?
