Iam facing this issue, I follow these steps and find out the error. I change a web config file and reinstall the FSM mobile app, now it creates a database and sync.
I got a ITSM Schema and following link is useful for learning ITSM Relationship,Category:Database Schema - assyst11-3Wiki (axiossystems.com) Another thing is IFS Assyst ITSM don’t have base table😂, Anyone have a base table related questions ,feel free send me a message😇.
Hi Brian Turner,thanks for your reply, I have one doubt for this tables.which one is the base table for all , if have any base table is there, please mention here.Example: Task Table is a base table for All remaining tables in ServiceNow .
