Hi,Stripping of the serviceable items to stock could be performed via a disposition shop order; disposition to stock (via a disposition code) after performing disassembly process. However, currently in IFS applications it is not possible to close the MRO work scope without completing the assembly shop orders.Considering the fact I have put this is IFS community Idea wall - MRO process – Strip complex assembly to stock | IFS Community BR, Chetha
Mainly quantity per assembly is considered as the average value and when reserving more than quantity required system throws an error“More quantity was reserved than the required quantity for component parts for shop order”And allows to issue material more than quantity required when more material is reservedThis is because industries required to issue more quantity to receive the required output. If this is to be eliminated could use an Event action to restrict to reserve or issue more components than quantity per assembly
Disconnected RSO is not in the “Disconnected repair order” tabAnd how to identify if a RSO is manually pegged to a different work scope ?
