Hi @BSiemund, that’s set in app param: RESULT_MAX_STRING_LENGTH. I got the similar issue, logged a case for it. Below response in the case: "You can adjust the length of results by increasing or decreasing the RESULT_MAX_STRING_LENGTH app param. Performance may be affected by increasing this too much - the customer will need to experiment to see what the optimal result length is for their environment." Hi @JuniSihombing ,thank you very much, it works :)King regardsBenjamin
Hi @Shneor Cheshin,unfortunately it´s not solved.Thanks
Hi @Shneor Cheshin ,i´ve tried these setting but with no effect. And the label percent won´t save. If i enter 90 and save, its gone after the save action. Any other ideas? Thanks
Hi @JuniSihombing,we solved it by using the Field PRODUCT.PRODUCT_STATUS and it works fine. We get this hint last week from a IFS consultant also.Thanks.
Hi @JuniSihombing,thanks for your quick feedback. Best regards
Hi @JuniSihombing,did you get a solution for your problem? We are facing a similar requirement in the part-need tab in requests. We try to limit the options for the field/dropdown part_line_code based on the request-type. So if you found a solution i were very pleased if you can share the solution with us :)Thanks
Hi @Kalpa Perera i checked ther characters and replaced a “ü” with a “ue” (we are from germany). And it seems like this solves the error. Thanks
This will depend on where your resources are being managed -- either in FSM or in the ARP. If in FSM, then the calendar exceptions will be sent to PSO with the nightly initial load job (this must be configured or manually run). Calendar exceptions are not sent in real time, Person calendar exceptions are. If the ARP is being used, then the calendar exceptions should be maintained within the ARP and not in FSM - there is not a bi-directional integration for calendar exceptions (only Person Calendar Exceptions). Our ressources are managed in FSM. The initial load job is configured to run every night. But no calendar exceptions from the work calendar are used or seen in PSO.But thanks for your reply.
