Hi @seeda , Proxy settings cannot be specified for appropriate extract specifically. Though, default proxy settings can be specified in the web.config.As far as I am aware of you cannot specify credentials unless a code change \ implementation is made. I would recommend to ensure the application pool identity, under which the FSM Application Server is hosted, is authorized to access the proxy server. It will use the default credentials of the application pool identity to authenticate to the proxy server eventually. Best Regards, Ruben
Hi @TatSrikaD , I would start with checking the following: is FSM Connect installed and does it reflect the correct version in relation to FSM baseline server. Login the FSM Smart Client, open the “About” window and click on details: Check if FSM baseline meta data exists for table CUST_INT_ROUTING_RULE. Login FSM Smart Client as studio user and open FSM Meta Data screen and search for table “CUST_INT_ROUTING_RULE”. Check if there is any custom meta data defined for table CUST_INT_ROUTING_RULE. if exists ensure there’s no value defined in field Table Namespace. Best Regards, Ruben
Hi @Hasara Dinu , No the baseline FTPExtractHandler does not support SFTP unfortunately. Best Regards, Ruben
Hi @CKOppBox , Child relations \ join constraints must be based on columns sharing the same data type. In your case I would recommend to create \ setup a custom view which takes responsibility of the casting so you can join it on the task screen accordingly. Cheers, Ruben
Hi @seeda , for setting default proxy server in web.config please see MSDN article below: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/network-programming/proxy-configuration for changing the application pool identity, see article below:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/manage/configuring-security/application-pool-identities Hope that helps :) Ruben
Hi @Kiththa, Unfortunately, you cannot include JavaScript files to the FSM web client, not without changing the core \ baseline at least. Alternatively, to perform address lookups against external services from the web client would in my view only be possible through the FSM App Server. To accomplish this you could develop a custom MPM in FSM, which will perform the address lookup and return collection of rows. This MPM can be invoked by client script from web client. The user experience will likely be different comparing the pre-bundled drop script you’ve been referring too but these are the options available in the FSM web client. Cheers, Ruben
Hi @Saranga Amaraweera \ @seeda ,Using an XML map all primary records are processed sequential independently, we can’t change that behavior with configuration. so if TASK is the primary table of the XML map it is not possible to rollback all tasks in case of an exception. The only way to accomplish this requirement is to change the primary table of the XML to a parent object, e.g. REQUEST and process the associated tasks as child transactions. That way, if one task failed to update the other related to the same parent object (REUQEST) will be rolledback. Cheers, Ruben
Hi @KavindiGunasinghe , This segment in the web.config is used to configure the database transaction, which are utilized by FSM Application server. The only setting in this segment is “TransactionTimeout”:Maximum transaction time allowed before forcing timeout and abort transaction, specified in seconds (default 300 seconds = 5 minutes). Cheers, Ruben
Hi @AWLF , Yes this is possible.Although there are different options available please use steps below:1. verify what the task committed status is by getting the value for Scheduling App Params (threesixty_app_params) where param name is "COMMITTED_TASK_STATUS". by default the committed task status = "COMMITTED".2. ensure a task_event is created when status of task is changed to "COMMITTED". use business rule Process "03" - TASK_EVENT_GEN for this.3. Create substitution map (From menu choose Admin-->Notifications-->Substitution Map) to resolve the place.email from TASK_EVENT.4. Setup distribution list which uses the substitution map as wild card member5. Setup notification message.6. create notification rule when task_event for COMMITTED is created. use business rule process "08" - TASK_EVENT_NOTIFY use distribution list defined in step #4 user notification message defined in step #5 Hope this helps. Cheers, Ruben
Hi @venkatesh \ @SAMLK , The schema of the i_xml table is not valid. This i_xml table you have in your environment has probably been installed in earlier version and does NOT have all fields available to support the staging logic. the inbound staging table should match the following schema (SQL Server):CREATE TABLE [dbo].[i_xml_pso]( [message_id] [nvarchar] (64) NOT NULL, [message_name] [nvarchar] (128) NULL, [message_operation] [nvarchar] (16) NULL, [message_priority] [numeric](28, 10) NULL, [message_reference] [nvarchar] (128) NULL, [message_response] [nvarchar] (MAX) NULL, [message_response_code] [numeric](28, 10) NULL, [message_status] [nvarchar] (32) NULL, [message_type] [nvarchar] (128) NULL, [message_xml] [nvarchar] (128) NULL, [modified_by] [nvarchar] (32) NULL, [modified_dttm] [datetime] NULL, [node] [nvarchar] (256) NULL, [not_after_dttm] [datetime] NULL, [not_before_dttm] [datetime] NULL, [problem_desc] [nvar
