Hi @Saranga Amaraweera , Thank you for the response. Not exactly. I just want to check whether there is any possibility to process ‘Excel’ or any other types of files as inbound files without using csv or xml file? (in integration schedules → folder listener ) Example - If the customer added the excel file to the specific inbound folder, is there a way for us to process that?OR else we need to ask from customer to provide the csv or xml file? My understanding is, we should use the csv or xml type file since we might need to use the data connector here which supports only csv and xml. Thanks,Hasara
@Induwari , Thanks for the reply.Yes all the reports including baseline and custom reports are residing in the client reports folder(APP PARAM = CLIENT_REPORTS_PATH). Regards,Hasara
Hi, Can you please send us the screenshot of your message routing rule to check whether it is configured properly? And also, in the routing rule, you need to set up the correct dataconnector and xml map. If it is triggering another routing rule, please check whether that routing rule has the same xml map and the dataconnector. Thanks,Hasara
Hi @ajayifs ,Could you please let me know the MAP_ID you are using in the Message Routing rule? As per the below part, It should equal to extract_entity = C_UPDATE_EQUIPMENT_MODEM (Map ID in Message Routing rule)message_name = C_UPDATE_STATUS (Message name in Message Routing rule) <extract_entity>C_UPDATE_EQUIPMENT_MODEM</extract_entity> <message_name>C_UPDATE_STATUS</message_name> Thanks,Hasara
@ajayifs, No. You don’t need.Meanwhile please check whether there are any other routing rules that have the same xml map.
Hi @StejonatL,{0} and {1} are used as the substitution parameters for these queries. If you want to get another argument to substitute for the same query, you can use another 3rd parameter as {2}. {0} - This will take the first argument{1} - This will take the second argument Lets assume that the values for the below arguments are as follows. getAppParam("REJECTED_TASK_STATUS") - CLgetUserInfo("PersonID") - USER1 So the final query will look likes below.task.task_status in (select task_status from task_status where status = 'OP',' and task_status <> 'CL') and task.team_id in (select team_id from team_member where person_id = 'USER1') and task.person_id is null Hope this information will help you . Thanks,Hasara
Hi @sarahk, Please refer the below example to set empty/null field in xml<update_task> <task> <task_id>@task_id</task_id> <user_def3>=</user_def3> <update /> </task> </update_task> You can use the same approach inside mass update as well.<Field name>=</Field name> Thanks,Hasara
Hi @Shneor Cheshin , Thank you for the reply.Already checked this in UI designer → xml editor and client script running on save event to identify any task_usable field. But I couldn’t find any task_usable field there.I am assuming that this is added from code level based on some configuration. Thanks,Hasara
Hi @Shneor Cheshin ,Thanks for the information.This issue got resolved by adding the task.task_usable as hidden field to the screen. Thanks,Hasara
@FsmPny , Could you please provide more information about your requirement.What type of rule condition you need to apply for the processes? Thanks.Hasara
@FsmPny , Please refer the below community post.Roll back transaction in Integration | IFS Community Thanks,hasara
@FsmPny , This rollback part will be handled by the framework it self. We are not creating additional xml messages/SQL scripts to rollback tables. But if there is a requirement which might need additional testing/conditions than what framework offers, you should go with the customization. Thanks,Hasara
Hi Pny, As far as I know, there is no direct way to add the condition in the Processes tab. You can accomplish this requirement via integration map functions.Ex- You can use case when in sql to check your conditionThanks,Hasara
Hi @Carlos123, As per my knowledge, the best way is to ask the third party system to send the field(task id or any other field) in the response which you can identify the task row uniquely. Thanks,Hasara
