Hi @SORSITEL, At the moment this functionality is not available in Aurena.
Receive the following error: “You do not have the permissions required to access this Web site. Please contact the Web site administrator.” If you have access to the Race environment, then you should be able to access this documentation which is installed in RACE. Log in to the IFS enterprise explorer and navigate any window under “Solution Manager”. Then press “F1” key. You will be able to access the F1 documentation hosted in the RACE environment. Hope this will help
Hi @Berway72, Please check whether you can access the links below? https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/045_administration_aurena/default.htm https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/040_administration/230_bckgrnd_processing/default.htm https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/040_administration/240_integration/default.htm Admin Update: Replaced wit links with docs links (April 2020)
Hi @Sahil, At the moment this functionality is not available in Aurena. As you have mentioned, as a workaround, you have to save it in the personal profile of the user and then copy it to Base Profile .
I’ve also never been able to get the Client_SYS.Add_Warning working. Hi @Jur, @CallumW I’m also not able to get this work. This should be handled on the client side in order to get it to work the Client_SYS.Add_Warning. In normal routines like "NEW", "MODIFY" and "DELETE" the warning messages are only checked at the "CHECK" stage. That is also if the warnings are enabled on the window. However the information messages generated using Add_Info procedure in Client_SYS are always shown in the client. In most of the cases the "CHECK" stage does not do any modifications on the database. Therefore the triggers associated with the Custom Events are not fired. Due to this reason it is not possible to use Client_SYS.Add_Warning calls to break the transactions in Event Actions. So, it should be better to go for a customization/modification.
Hi @imharshit003, Unfortunately, it seems like this feature is not yet implemented in Aurena.
Thanks! I was able to get it to work, however when I try multiple values it comes back with ‘No Data’. Here’s the report without entering a Company: Hi @DevBob, ; (semicolon) should work for multiple values. It looks like a bug to me. Could you please create an IFS case for that?
Hi @DevBob, I believe you are referring to SQL quick reports. If so, you can do this by using Query flags. This allows an easy control of end user input and allows or disallows certain combinations. You need to provide the query flags inside open and close square braces in between the ampersand sign and the parameter name; e.g. &[mcsbl]PARAMETER_NAME All flags have opposites specified by a '-' (minus). For example the opposite of 'Single' is of course multiple values (separated by ';') which in turn corresponds to the functionality in the Query Dialog. The default value for SQL Quick Reports is [-CS-L]. M=Mandatory C=Custom (simplified or 'values only') S=Single flag B=Allow Between expressions L=Allow wildcards ('%' and '_') See the example below; SELECT * FROM fnd_user WHERE identity LIKE '&[-CS-L]Fnd_User' This is how you can set a default value; You can get the Quick Report parameter dialog to show default values such as enumerations for SQL type Quick Reports. For thi
Is there any way to show Yes/No dialog box in a custom event and perform operation based on user’s response? Can’t you try Client_SYS.Add_Warning method? This will give you two options. Either to continue or to cancel.
Hi @InfJozefK,Are you using a custom permission set instead of the mandatory permission set FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN’ for IFS Aurena?Or have you modified the permissions on FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN?Please check whether there are any missing permissions in FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN?This behavior may occur due to missing permissions.
Finally, we resolved the issue by setting the “idle time” to "UNLIMITED" in all Oracle profiles.
Hi Joffesti , I'm investigating exactly the same issue from the case G2070009-A. At the moment, both RnD and Oracle support are involved. Oracle ticket: 3-21048088101 Note: The same issue has already been reported by two APP10 customers. (G2089481 and G2092688 which is owned by KasunBalasooriya ) It would be better if you can dispatch a support case for further investigation.
