In Measurements screen in Aurena can we get the data monthly wise.

Dear All, In Aurena, we are using measurements screen where we are getting the data weekly like this week, Last week, two weeks ago etc. My customer wants that can we get the data on monthly basis. Is there any setting from where we can control this. Check attachment. Thanks in advance!BR,HA

How do I create an external URL containing multiple objects in a form window?

We could populate an object in a form window (e.g. Customer Order), and use Send To > Mail Recipient as Link to create an external URL for an single object. We could also select multiple objects in a table window and perform Send To > Mail Recipient as Link as shown below. How do I send multiple objects in a form window? For example, how to I have two customer orders to populate in Customer Order window by clicking an external link?

IFS OLAP Sales Cube Measures not populating

We have successfully deployed and populated the IFS Business Analysis Package OLAP cubes for IFS Apps 9 in a test environment. I found the Measures deployed within the Sales cube, which are based on the SUM aggregation, are not populating. However, I have confirmed there are Measures based on the SUM aggregation functioning correctly within the Manufacturing cube.There is data within the Sales-related Data Mart SQL tables as well. I did try changing the data types on the SQL Data Mart table and in the Cube via Visual Studio, neither of which worked.Has anyone else experience issues like this with the IFS OLAP cubes? Basically, there is data within the SQL tables but the Cube measures are not aggregating the SUM in the Sales OLAP cube.

Deploy a new Entity via delivery APPS10

Hi All, A rookie question :)When creating a new entity in Developer Studio, it will automatically generate the .cre file but when creating the delivery, the build script will not add the cre file to the install.temWhat should we do to deploy the new Entity table creation from the delivery? Cheers!

Financial inventory for Intercompany deliveries in transit at year-end

We have different manufacturing companies in IFS that are individual legal entities. Companies have Intercompany relations with intersite Order flow handled with MHS messages. Ordering companies order with purchase orders at supplying companies, that sell with customer order. Companies are located on different continents. Transport is done via sea freight with transport lead times from 6 to 10 weeks.For the finance consolidation at year end, we face an issue, that components shipped before year end, that are still in transit at year end, are missing in inventory value for the group. At time of shipment, customer order is delivered and immediately invoiced. Delivery note is sent with MHS dispatch advice. That means, Supplying company does not have the inventory value anymore. Ordering company has not yet received the purchase order. Therefore, components are not in their inventory value.What is the correct process or setup to handle this scenario from finance perspective and still foll

Is there a way to get a list of all the permission sets assigned to a user?

I would like to get a list of all the permission sets that have been assigned to a user, whether directly or indirectly. I can currently get a list of the directly linked permissions but we have some permission sets that are made up of other permissions. e.g. If a user has been assigned this permission I can see:User: BLOGGSFND_ROLE: BA_BARS_ADMIN What I would like to see is:User: BLOGGSFND_ROLE: BA_BARS_ADMINFND_ROLE: FND_RUNTIME Is this possible?

Lobby Element not automatically refreshing when changing the Site parameter

I have 1 lobby element that is not refreshing when I switch from one site to the other. If I refresh the screen it will refresh, just won’t when I change my site. I have multiple others in the same Lobby that do refresh, just not sure why this one does not. When I go to change the site on the drop down at the top, most elements get the refresh circle set, this one does not. Not sure what to look for, any idea/helpful hints? Apps 10 UPD5 in IEEE

Redirect Landing page to open IEE (also edit the Landing page)

Hi All, Apps10: Is there a way to customize the landing page so when navigating to that URL, IEE client is launched? i.e. when navigating to https://myserver:48080, IEE client should be launched and login screen shown straight away.also can we can drop certain items and add others? All of this should be done on cloud environments using configuration, so legal stuff only pls people :) found help under F1 Development guide but that does not say how to do it on a deployed environment. we can edit ifs_home\instance\MyInstance\www-root\index.html but is that legal? would it be overwritten? how can we get it done on the hosted environment? any help much appreciatedTIA

Automated User Creation

Hi! Have any one have any input how to solve automated user creation? I know there's is the AD sync, but haven't tried this yet, how is for example the HR Module solved? Thinking of when users move between departments or roles, also if there are any input on the Maintenance side work order reassignment? Dear All, I am working on Aurena in “prepare work order screen” where I found that many tabs like “Prepare”,” Budget”,”Materials”,”Requisitions”,”Returns”,”CO Information”,”Journal”,”Linear Asset”,MPB Scheduling, I could not find but I can see these tabs in IFS APPS 10 Update 6 IEE Version.Please confirm if we have got different screens in Aurena for above mentioned tabs.Quick reply will be appreciated. Estimate Bid Management

Hello All, We are an IFS Apps 10 customer, and we are in the middle of our implementation. We have run into an issue with regard to the Estimating module. The issue we are facing is creating an estimate for a part that has operation steps at multiple sites. We may have a part that has an operation step in one facility, and it is then shipped to another facility for additional manufacturing. We have been unable to build this estimate, as the module seems to require you to use the same site for all parts in the estimate. I believe we may be setting the estimate up incorrectly, but I am not sure. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Is it possible to use both Single-sign on and Database Authentication at the same time for a user?If I look at the screenshot below I would expect I’m able to login via both SSO and Database Authentication. This is however not working.

Error while creating the RMA in IFS Apps 9 (Global Extension Patch)

Hi all,My client is currently using IFS Apps 9 (Global Extension ) Country Solution-INDIA.When i am adding a line and selecting the sales part details in the Return Material Authorization window and when i save it i get an error "The Field Price/Base incl Tax Dmy must have a value".I am not sure why i am getting this error. IFS10 ADFS enabled and user get Bad Request 400 with EE

I have a question. Do you know if the UI designer is available now in mWo Service 10? In the past I could create a custom field in apps 9, add it to the mobile entity and publish it to mWo. Then I could add the field to its respective screen in mwo if I had access to the correct activity. I don't see how to do that in the new mWo Service 10.

Documents being lost on transfer from Mobile Work Order

We went live with IFS App9 Mobile Work Order for our Field Engineers in September using Apple I Phones as our mobile devices. Generally this is working well however we have a problem with document transfers from the mobile app. In about 5% of cases although a document revision is being created on the server the underlying document is not being transferred to the document repository. While we know some of these are due to signal issues and engineers not checking that their devices have synced properly. we are getting a number that are showing as status checked out.
