New Employment Wizard

The last section of the New Employment wizard has a section for Other which allows the connection of the Resource Group, Project, Maintenance Resource/Team, and Shop Floor Employee details.

 

For an existing employee though, how do you add the employee into the Mainteance area without going through this wizard?

This was done in V9 using Employees tab under Organization Basic, but that doesn’t seem to exist the same way in Cloud

 

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

This is now handled in Resource management. If this is an upgraded environment I suggest you go to the “Resource Navigator” to see the resource groups created corresponding to the crafts in older versions - and how the employees are connected.

Resource management is also well explained in release material for IFS 10.

Thank you @ADDMARIAE for the pointer.

There is no Resource Navigator in Aurena or Cloud that I can find, but knowing these are now termed Resources has got me to a whole new section of Cloud I hadn’t explored.  I believe I found what I needed for the next step in Resource Details where at least I can change the Maintenance Organization for existing employees.
