Security on sticky notes

is there an option to allow only the creator of the note to remove/change it ?

No….they are intentionally a non-secure item that can’t be restricted or controlled.  They should not be part of a business critical process in my opinion.  They should be treated as they are designed, a sticky note that can fall off, be changed, or deleted by anyone at anytime.  They are not for history, searching or anything that should hold business value.

that is my point as well .. it should not be used for something that is critical.

Well, IFS users mention this issue really often. Every time we say - if anyone can stick a yellow paper card on your computer screen, than also anyone (else) can tear it off at any moment. Sticky notes are not dedicated for delivering really important meesages. For those you have e.g. Tasks.

Is this also the reason that I hear that in IFS Aurena the sticky notes have fallen off? :grin:
