Location for Company Logo

We are using IFS10 UPD16. The database is hosted by IFS but we are not in a multi-tennant setup. We are alone. We are using IEE.

 

Where am I suppose to put our company logo file?

 

Under System parameters, I have the following:

Am I suppose to just copy the logo file in the root directory of the database server?  Can I put the file on the FTP site IFS has provided for the Crystal Report files?

I also have the following defined in the system parameters:

Should I put the logo there? Where is this E drive?

as I know the filed for the company logo is on the screen company.

 

Are you in cloud or on prem?

We are in cloud therefore our logo is stored in the database server.

We have sort of an hybrid installation. It is the same version as OnPrem (IFS10), but it is hosted on IFS servers.

How do I attached the file to the Document Logotype? I can type anything in that field but it has no link to an actual file.

Hi @clilouise 

usually we use the filed “Document Logotype” for the company logo. 

You need to type there the path of your logo . For example: C:\IFS\TEST\logo\Comp_Logo.jpg

Then you can use this path in reports (invoices, orders ...).

Is this field empty in your case? Normally there should be a path for the IFS logo.

Thanks for helping! The field for Document Logotype is completely empty but we do get the IFS logo on every report we print.

Hi @clilouise 

then the paths are directly in the reports available. If you have a report developer he can check that.
