if there a solution to filter file type in the external file assistant ? i want to show to users just some file type not all

Hi @zak

You can use saved search functionality for this.

First enter your criteria in the search window.

Then use save option.

RMB on the header and select Properties.

Make this saved search as the starup behavior.

using the personal profile or base profile, you can add this to the specific users of all the users.

but for me, this solution is not secure, endusers may not use this search, because the populate boutton remais enabled,
