 Help me to resovle below issue , not able to findout how to delete or remove below error in IFS 10 cloud

Hi @Rohan Sharma 

if it is connected to other objects you can’t delete it anymore.

If you can remove the connections (from other objects) you will be able to delete it.

Check the transactions.

Example:

In my case I have some transactions therefore I can’t delete it anymore.

Maybe you should create an IFS case to check this.

Hi @Rohan Sharma ,

You are receiving this error probably because the record you are trying to insert is being used in another payment id already.
Hence Can you let me know in which screen are you trying to make the above payment for the CUPOA?

I trying to do the customer offsetting and their are 4 invoice and 1 CUPOA is stuck in beow payment ID and I not able to findout how to delete the same

I suggest you to raise this as a case to Support. You can use your Customer service portal (https://support.ifs.com/csm)

of course you need credentials to create IFS cases. 

Somebody from your company should has the credentials. It is an important portal for support and service.
