We recently upgraded to Apps 10 with a local virtual infrastructure, as opposed to the cloud based option. We now would like to start taking advantage of using Aurena within our environment while not connected to our local network. We have been able to get Aurena to function while connected to our network locally or through VPN, however we are uncertain of what we need to do to get this opened up without the VPN connection. Do we need to have public facing IPs? What Ports need to be open? What is best practices for this setup?
We have found minimal information in the IFS Help Resource and thought reaching out here might get us closer to where we need to be!
