Error while processing a customer invoice (Public administration index)

While processing the invoice, getting below errors in screen customer invoice with errors, what can be the reason? 

  1. Cannot determine when customer is private or public. Please enter form of business with business type on the customer.
  2. Public Administration Index should be filled for the customer xxxxxx.

Hi @pratik.b.shah,

This error could be due to not having correct basic data when processing an invoice related to Italian Localization functionalities. Could you please check and let me know if the following fields are filled correctly? 

 

 

In the customer page, please check if the following details are filled.

 

 

Check the above mentioned data and let me know if you were able to process through the existing error.

The above fields are not updated in customer master, but it is an error in one of the invoices only. Other invoices we can process without any error.

Is that invoice linked to a company which has Italian localization enabled?
