Do not display type W error (voucher entry)

Hi

I have a w-type voucher in VOUCHER STATUS : Error

But field Update Error is empty

My question is why this problem does not exist in other types ?

Hi Iran,

 

Is the filed ‘Update Error’ is empty for all the lines/rows of the voucher. Generally the error text will be updated only for the rows which has a problem.

Have you tried to re-approve the voucher and see if the error status wont go away?
