Please check the task plan duration minutes setting if you are setting the plan duration through task templates, otherwise you can define the default task duration from the application parameter DEFAULT_TASK_DURATION which is set to 60 mins by default. Keep in mind that even though if you try to make it as a null value on the app param setting, it will default the time duration as 60 mins by the baseline code as it’s a necessary step to calculate the plan travel times.
