@Patanm The user's local checkout path is stored in the Windows registry, under the key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IFS\Document Management\Settings]

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IFS\Document Management\Settings] "DocumentFolder"="C:\\<folder path on the drive>"

Replace <folder path on the drive> with the path.

If all users are experiencing this message, there isn't a built-in method within IFS 7.5 to set this value for all users. However, a straightforward approach is to export this registry segment into a file and then distribute it to users. This can be accomplished by having each user run the file or by having the IT department deploy it across the user base.

Hope this helps !

@Patanm

As Buddhika mentioned it will be stored in registry. This can be achieved via application in

document management → basic data → user settings

local checkout path is given. If not please add a accessible path.
