Order coordinator dose not exist

Hi Team,

i am frequently getting this error, where i have update this data to resolve this issue, pls guide me.

Hi @Patanm , I found below instructions from an old Support case.

Could you please check whether you have set up this?

“The coordinator needs to be linked to the User. This is accomplished in the General Data for Inventory and Distribution/System Data for Inventory and Distribution/User Default Tab. Once this link is established, the coordinator will also default in when creating a manual PO or create one from a PO Req.”

Hi,

If your version is App8, then you will see this in Sites per User window. There you can assign a default coordinator to your user.

I’m sorry I do not have a 7.5 core environment to check this.

Could you please check whether this path is available in your environment?

As far as I can remember, the window should be in the same place as in App8, App9 and App10:

Application Base Setup > Enterprise > Site > Sites per User:
