IFS application restart

Hi team,

we are using IFS 7.5 version, on regular basis we are using same process for creating purchase order , customer order, invoice etc., in some point system automatically stopping these process some of the process like sending automatic e mail confirmation to customer , no of customer order lines are not consolidating and once shipment finalized system not allowing to create the invoice, we are inventigating but there is no error or bug from the system, when we restart the application those are automatically working, can some one tell me what is the reason behind this issue, those process are working after restart only.

@Patanm IFS 7.5 is unsupported for quite a number of years. I doubt you’ll be able to find the answer when most of the people here work on Apps10 or IFS Cloud. I guess the answer would be to upgrade the system 😁.

except upgrade, any other reasons behind this. pls confirm i need to know and i have to update.
