With 21R1 release there was a list of recommended Zebra devices/models where Scan it is certified to run.
Is there any updated list of such devices (any brand Zebra, Honeywell etc) for recent Cloud Versions specially 23R2?

No, not to my knowledge. But that don’t mean that newer hardware will not work with ScanIt, its more of if they follow our mobile frameworks recommendations.
